How to Use for Intensive Oiling Mask:
1. Heat the oil by placing the bottle in warm-hot water until the bottle is warm (boiling water may crack the glass).

2. Once warmed, shake the bottle to ensure all ingredients are well mixed.

3. Section your hair and apply a small amount to the palm of your hand or directly to the scalp using the dropper.

4. Massage the oil into your hair and scalp, focusing on areas of hair loss for the scalp and on the ends and mid-lengths for the strands.

5. Leave the oil in for at least 2 hours.
5a. For best results, pair it with our flaxseed heat cap, which will continue to warm the oil to assist with maximum penetration. Alternatively, wrap your head with cling wrap, followed by a warm towel.

6. Rinse out thoroughly with warm water and use the double shampoo method to cleanse as usual.

Recommended frequency for visible hair growth results: Once or twice a week with consistent use.
