Yes! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, which means we will provide a full refund if you are not satisfied with the results after one month of consistent use of our products. We do require that you take before and after photos, so please remember to capture your skin's condition before starting with Phos.

In the event of an allergic reaction to our products, we will be happy to issue a refund, provided you send us photos of the skin reaction. If you have known skin allergies, we strongly advise consulting your GP before using our products. We also recommend conducting a patch test prior to using each new product; you can apply a small amount to the inside of your elbow or behind your ear.

Please be aware that $10 will be deducted from all refunds to cover shipping costs.

For optimal results, we recommend using the Face Oil and the Day crème Moisturiser once a day, in the morning and evening.

Night crème to be used once every night and the Bakuchiol serum used twice a day, both morning and night.

For the best outcomes, we suggest using the Turmeric & Neem Clay Mask 3 to 4 times a week. If you have sensitive skin, we advise limiting the use of these products to twice a week. Always remember to moisturise after using the Clay Mask for the best care of your skin.

All our products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind; however, please note that the clay mask is not suitable for very dry skin types. We recommend that customers with sensitive skin consider purchasing our "Minis" to test the compatibility of each product with their skin type. For those with hyper-sensitive skin, our best-selling Face Oil is highly recommended, followed by our Day Crème.

All our products are formulated to be as natural as possible. Though we do not want to contribute to fear mongering or spreading potential miss-information about “toxic” and “hormone disrupting” ingredients in skincare; we can confirm for those who are concerned with this that Phos products are made without these ingredients of concern.

All our ingredients are as natural as possible with the small exception of Retinol Palmitate in our night cream. Retinol Palmitate is considered the most gentle form of Vitamin A in skincare, making it suitable for many sensitive skin types that find other forms of Retinol cause adverse effects.
